Meet the President

Larry Gilliland

Larry is a 23-year veteran in real estate and construction. Though he won numerous awards in
residential real estate sales (including the top 3% of Coldwell Banker nationwide), he quickly started his
first real estate brokerage in 2006 which was called Red Dot Realty. A year later, with a new partner, he
started Red Realty, LLC and after adding two more partners, he sold his shares in that company in 2018
to expand his real estate development operation (www.landquestor.com) . He also launched a new real
estate venture, Way Fast Realty and Auction, LLC (www.wayfastrealty.com) as well as Golden
Management, LLC. (goldenhoa.com).

Through the years, his real estate portfolio has included land (both residential and commercial), single-
family, multi-family and commercial properties. He has experienced the successes and defeats of

several property classes and applies this knowledge to helping others achieve good success through
education and property management.


Larry loves to “build people through real estate.” He is a servant-leader who genuinely cares about
them. Through the ups and downs of the industry, he is burdened with a sense of purpose to leave a
legacy of higher standards within the industry that he loves. A case in point, several of the local area
real estate companies are either owned or managed by people that he has brokered or mentored.

He is a proud husband, a father of 4, and a grandfather of 2. He currently serves on 8 boards, including
the Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors, a 2600-plus member organization servicing 8 counties in
Middle Tennessee.
